Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your PranKundli account and all associated personal data at any time. This action is irreversible.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. 1Open PranKundli and sign in.
2. 2Tap your account name in the top-right corner.
3. 3Choose Delete account and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email support@prankundli.com from your registered email or with your registered phone number, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, phone, email, Google sign-in link).
• Your birth details, saved charts and rectification data.
• Your wallet balance, consultation history and chat messages.

Note: anonymized transaction records may be retained where required by law (e.g. tax/accounting), but they are no longer linked to your identity.
