PranKundli ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and app at www.prankundli.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using PranKundli you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Birth details you enter — name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth — used to generate your Kundli, charts and predictions.
- Account information — your phone number, email address and/or Google account name when you sign in.
- Life events you provide for birth-time rectification (e.g. marriage, career, education dates).
- Usage data — pages viewed, questions asked and basic device/analytics information.
- Payment information — when you pay, transactions are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive payment status and a transaction ID; we do not store your full card or bank details.
- Communications — messages exchanged with astrologers or the AI assistant within the app.
How we use your information
- To calculate your birth chart, dashas, horoscope and AI answers.
- To create and secure your account and process payments.
- To connect you with astrologers for calls and chat consultations.
- To improve our services, fix issues and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To send service-related notifications you have opted into.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with service providers who help us run PranKundli:
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Twilio — to connect masked phone calls with astrologers (your number is not revealed to them).
- Google — sign-in and, where used, AI processing.
- Agora — in-app voice/video consultations.
- Hosting and analytics providers — to operate and measure the service.
We may also disclose data if required by law.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time (see below), after which we permanently remove your personal data, except where retention is legally required (e.g. transaction records).
Your rights & account deletion
You can access, correct or delete your data. To delete your account and all associated personal data, open the app, go to your account menu and choose Delete account, or visit prankundli.com/delete-account. You may also email us at the address below.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Children
PranKundli is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
